Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

When will I get my order?

You will receive your order the next working day after you have placed an order with us for delivery in Singapore. For international delivery outside Singapore, we'll separately advise you on the delivery timing.

What is the cost of shipping?

It is free within Singapore. For international orders outside of Singapore, delivery rates will be applicable.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We are happy to exchange your order on one occasion within 30 days' of receipt, although any exchange will be subject to availability. All exchanges are to be made at our store at Tanglin Mall, Unit 02-02.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for our garments. All returns are to be made at our store at Tanglin Mall, Unit 02-02.

How do I arrange for an exchange or return?

Email us at returns@catch.com.sg and we will begin to process details of your exchange or return. Do ensure that all garments are in their original unworn clean condition with all tags attached and all packaging intact upon your exchange or return.

Unless otherwise stated, “free delivery”, “free exchange” and “free return” respectively exclude delivery, exchange and return outside of Singapore. “Workday” or "working day" means Monday to Friday.
