Even though we're not legally required to test our garments in Singapore, we voluntarily do so because at CATCH, we undertake a scientific approach to quality. This is to ensure that the quality of CATCH garments is never compromised. All CATCH garments undergo testing in accordance with U.S. test methods devised by the Association of Textile, Apparel & Materials Professionals (or AATCC), widely known as the strictest test methods in the world.
As all CATCH garments are crafted from natural premium silk fabric, our garments use 15 times less formaldehyde than what the clothing industry finds acceptable. We think that knowing our garments are safer than the majority of clothing that is available is important to us, as it is to you.
In terms of dimensional stability, CATCH garments resist shrinkage 10 times more than the industry standard across the garment, and 4 times more than the industry standard lengthwise.
All CATCH garments are clearly rated 'Class 1', the only acceptable standard in the clothing industry for flammability and safety.
